Altimeter combines a high precision mechanical altimeter for up to 6.000 meters (18.000 feet) with a barometer dial. The barometer range of 970 … 1050 hPa opens the possiblity of weather forecasts according to pressure changes. A high precision movement with 16 jewels makes 6 rotations of the hand with 1.000 meters (3.000 feet) each rotation, for accurate reading of the local altitude. The 1.000 steps are shown in a separate small opening. This state-of-the-art model comes with a leather case and thong.
